Delivery and Booking Policy

This policy explains how booking, payment, delivery, image usage, and fulfillment work for Worth Lens LLC wedding and engagement photography services. Your signed agreement, quote, or invoice may include additional terms that apply to your specific booking.

Booking process

• Inquiry: You submit your date, location, and coverage interest.
• Date check: We confirm availability and discuss your timeline and needs.
• Quote: We provide package details, pricing, payment schedule, and any add-ons or travel charges.
• Reservation: Your date is reserved only after the required signed agreement and booking payment are received.

Booking payments and balances

Booking payments reserve time on our calendar and are applied toward your total. Because we may turn away other work for a reserved date, booking payments are non-refundable unless your signed agreement or applicable law says otherwise. Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed in your agreement or invoice and before final deliverables are released.

Delivery timelines

Typical delivery timelines are listed below. Your agreement may state different timelines.

Digital delivery and gallery access

Edited digital images are delivered through an online gallery or another agreed electronic method. Gallery links, download permissions, print-store access, and archive periods may expire after the period stated in your gallery notice or agreement. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files before gallery expiration.

Albums, prints, and physical products

Album and print production begins after final selections, design approvals, and any required payment are complete. Physical products are custom goods and may not be cancelable or refundable once production has started, except where required by law or stated in writing. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by vendor schedules, carrier delays, or approval timing.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate event, venue, schedule, and contact information.
• Secure permissions, permits, and venue access needed for photography.
• Tell us about restrictions, sensitive situations, privacy requests, or must-have moments in advance.
• Pay invoices by the due dates listed in the booking materials.
• Review album proofs, selections, and delivery details promptly.

Image editing and file policy

Delivered images are professionally selected and edited at our discretion. Editing style, image count, color treatment, black-and-white conversion, cropping, and retouching involve creative judgment. Raw or unedited files are not provided unless a signed written agreement says otherwise.

Image usage rights

After final payment and delivery, clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to download, print, and share delivered edited images for personal use. Worth Lens LLC retains copyright in all images. Commercial use, resale, publication, vendor advertising, contest entry, or third-party use requires written permission.

Rescheduling

If you need to move your date, contact us as soon as possible. If we are available for the new date, the booking payment may transfer to the new date subject to any rate difference, additional costs, and signed written confirmation. If we are not available, the cancellation and refund terms in your agreement and our Refund and Cancellation Policyapply.
